Only by the payment period and the amount — the membership itself is the same and the rights are identical. Annual works out cheaper per month. Membership runs exactly for the period you paid for.
Your membership ends with the period you paid for, and you will not be admitted to ranking tournaments. If fees go unpaid for six months, the player leaves KSLT membership and the rating is frozen. You can come back at any time by paying the joining fee again. More in the Rules, section 02.
No, only once when you join. You would pay it a second time only if you left membership and are coming back.
No. The tournament fee is paid separately and differs per tournament — it is shown on the tournament page. Membership gives you priority at registration and a reduced fee, not free entry.
Online payment is coming soon. For now membership is arranged through a KSLT manager: once you have paid, they mark it in the system and the membership appears in your personal account.
