KSLT — Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

KSLT (Kyrgyzstan Social Lawn Tennis) provides a platform (website and mobile application) for the tennis community of Kyrgyzstan.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

The platform is available to persons aged 18 and older.

Full access to platform features requires registration (via email, Google, or Telegram).

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.

One person = one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Membership provides extended access to platform features.

Membership fees are determined by the current pricing plan and are non-refundable.

KSLT reserves the right to modify membership terms with prior notice.

Participation in tournaments is governed by KSLT rules.

Tournament registration is confirmed by an administrator.

KSLT may cancel or reschedule a tournament for organizational reasons.

Results and ranking points are determined by the KSLT ranking system.

Respectful treatment of other community members is required.

Insults, discrimination, and spam are prohibited.

The use of bots and automated systems is prohibited.

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

All platform materials (design, code, content) are the property of KSLT.

Users grant KSLT the right to use uploaded photos and data for the operation of the platform.

KSLT is not liable for injuries sustained during sports activities.

The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

KSLT is not responsible for the actions of third parties (coaches, court owners).

Users may delete their account through profile settings.

Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed.

Ranking history may be retained in anonymized form.

KSLT will notify users of changes to these terms via the app and website.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
